Pan-fry the sausages.

For the sauce, finely dice the onion and pickles, add mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, and mix well.

For the corn topping, sauté the corn, add both types of cheese, and stir until smooth. Pour in a splash of heavy cream if desired.

Spread sauce inside the bun, place the sausage inside, and top with the cheesy corn.

Bake in the oven at 200°C (approx. 400°F) for about 5 minutes.
