Method
Mix softened margarine, sour cream, salt, and flour sifted with baking powder in a bowl. Knead the dough—it'll be a bit sticky to the touch. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Dice the onion finely and sauté it in the multicooker with a little vegetable oil until it turns a light golden color.
Transfer the onion to a separate bowl to cool. Let the multicooker bowl cool as well. Whisk the eggs with salt using a fork. Cut the cheese into cubes if needed.
Line the bottom of the multicooker bowl with parchment paper. Spread the dough across the bottom and form sides about 3/4 to 1 inch high.
Layer the onion evenly over the dough. Top with the melted cheese and pour the egg mixture over everything. Stir gently to make sure the cheese is distributed throughout the egg mixture.
Cover and bake in Multicook mode for 60 minutes at 250°F. Once done, open the lid and let the pie cool in the multicooker for another 20–30 minutes. Then turn the bowl out onto a plate to remove the pie.
