Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater, then mix in the mayo and minced garlic.

Mix everything together thoroughly. No need to salt—the cheese already has plenty of salt in it.

Scoop about a teaspoon of the cheese mixture and nestle an olive in the center.

Roll it into a ball. The cheese is quite pliable, so work with it. Don't add extra mayo beyond what the recipe calls for, or the balls won't hold their shape.
