Cheese and Tomato Meat Patty Envelopes in an Air Fryer
Juicy homemade patties folded like little envelopes with melted cheese and tomatoes inside, cooked in an air fryer. Perfect for a quick and delicious dinner.

Method
Season your ground meat with salt and pepper, and mix it thoroughly.
Combine paprika and turmeric in a small bowl.
Cut parchment paper into 4 rectangles about 6 by 7 inches, and fold each one in half.
Lightly dampen one side of each parchment piece with water and sprinkle with the paprika and turmeric mixture.
Spread about 3.5 ounces of ground meat on top of the spices, distributing it thinly across the whole sheet using wet hands.
Brush the meat with mayonnaise, add cheese and tomato slices to one side, fold the parchment in half to cover everything with the other half of the meat, press firmly to seal it like a little pastry pocket.
Fold the top edge of the parchment down and trim it, leaving your meat envelope sitting on the parchment base.
Transfer the envelopes to the bottom rack of your air fryer, still on the parchment (you can fit 2 envelopes on the rack at a time).
Cook on the Bake setting at 350°F or use the Patties setting for 15 minutes.
