Method

Sort through ripe cherry tomatoes and wash them well.

Pack the tomatoes into clean jars, pour boiling water over them, cover with lids, and let them warm through for 15 minutes, then drain the water.

Prepare tomato juice from large, fleshy tomatoes using your preferred method.

Add sugar, salt, and vinegar per 1 liter of tomato juice.

Bring the juice to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes after it starts boiling.

Pour the boiling tomato juice over the tomatoes in the jars, seal tightly with lids, flip upside down, and wrap in a blanket for 24 hours.
