Method

Knead the dough until smooth and uniform.

Divide the dough into small balls matching the length of your workspace and roll them out to plate size.

Brush each layer with melted butter and let rest for 30-40 minutes while you prepare the filling.

Lightly oil your workspace.

Stretch each portion of dough by hand until it becomes extremely thin.

Spread the filling over the dough and roll it up.

Place the roll on a baking sheet and brush it with the remaining oil.

Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
