Method

Melt the dark chocolate with butter in the microwave using short pulses until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

Whip the egg with sugar until pale and fluffy.

Pour in the chocolate mixture and mix well.

Add the flour with baking powder and mix into dough.

Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Shape into 45g balls and place them on a baking sheet, spacing them well apart.

Bake at 350°F for 13–15 minutes. Allow the baked cookies to cool completely.

Combine cream cheese, cold heavy cream, and powdered sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form.
