Melt the butter with 120g of the chocolate (reserve some chocolate for decoration). Melt in the microwave in 20-second bursts, repeating 3 times.

Warm the milk with the sugar in the microwave for 1 minute, stir well, pour into the chocolate mixture, and stir again.

Sift the dry ingredients and add them to the chocolate and milk mixture, whisking until combined.

Scoop the dough into cookies using a spoon, top with the reserved chocolate, and sprinkle with a little salt.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 10-12 minutes.
