Method

Rinse the liver thoroughly under cold running water, cut it into pieces, and remove any membranes.

Place the liver in a bowl, cover it with milk, and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Peel and rinse the onion, quarter it, then chop it finely.

Heat oil in your multicooker on the sauté setting for about 3-4 minutes.

Add the onion to the multicooker and sauté on the same setting for 5 minutes until softened.

Drain the liver from the milk, add it to the onions, and sauté everything together for another 5-6 minutes.

Stir in the cream, seasonings, salt, and bay leaf, then switch to the braise setting and cook for 35 minutes.
