Method
Stir the yeast and a spoonful of sugar into warm milk, mix well, and let sit until a frothy cap forms.
Whisk in the eggs, remaining sugar, melted butter, and salt.
Gradually add the sifted flour and knead into a smooth, pliable dough.
Place the dough in a warm spot for 1 to 1.5 hours until it doubles in size.
Punch down the dough and divide it into equal balls.
Shape the dough balls into cute bow-tie buns.
Let the buns proof for 30 to 40 minutes.
Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
