Method

Dice the ham, eggs, potatoes, and vegetables into small cubes.

In a blender, puree the ayran, fresh herbs, mustard, salt, pepper, and previously dissolved gelatin until smooth.

Combine the liquid base with the chopped ingredients, transfer the mixture into a plastic bottle with the top cut off, and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours until completely set.

Before serving, cut away the bottle and slice the okroshka into individual portions.
