Method

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla using a mixer.

Add the quark and blend until smooth. Stir in the semolina and fold in the blueberries.

Whip the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the batter.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
