Method

1

Place all ingredients except the egg into a blender bowl and pulse into a uniform crumb. Beat the egg with a fork and pour into the mixture. Pulse quickly in the blender one more time. Gather the dough into a single ball very quickly. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and refrigerate for about 40 minutes. Transfer the dough into a tart pan (e.g., as shown in the video), pierce with a fork, and bake in the oven at 150°C for about 10 minutes.

2

Mix the cheese and powdered sugar thoroughly with a mixer, add the heavy cream, and incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition; finally, add the lemon juice and mix once more.

3

Spread the filling onto the partially baked tart crust.

4

Bake for another 30-40 minutes at 170°C. Check for doneness: the center should still have a slight jiggle.

5

Top the cooled tart with thoroughly washed and dried berries.

6

You can add lime zest, I really liked it! To keep the berries from drying out too quickly, dust them with powdered sugar.
