Method

Distribute the berries into the molds, sprinkle with pistachios and freeze-dried berries.

Melt the chocolate using your preferred method (in piping bags in hot water, in a double boiler, or in the microwave).

First cover the berries with a small amount of white chocolate, shake, cover with milk chocolate, and shake again so the chocolate distributes evenly.

Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
