Method

Slice the meat against the grain into thin strips, then season with salt and pepper.

Finely grate the ginger root and mix it with the egg.

Dip the meat pieces into the ginger-egg mixture, then coat in starch.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl.

Select the "Multicooker" mode, the "Fry" program, set the food indicator to "Vegetables", and set the cooking time to 30 minutes.

Press the "Start/Warm" button to begin cooking.

With 20 minutes remaining, place the prepared beef pieces into the bowl.

Cook with the lid open until the program finishes, turning occasionally.
