Method

Soak the glass noodles in boiling water for 7–8 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, pat dry, and chop.

Slice the beef into thin strips and sear in oil with salt, pepper, and soy sauce until cooked through. Add the onions and sauté until tender.

Shred the carrots using a Korean carrot grater, salt them, and massage gently. Add the bell pepper, cucumbers, garlic, and spices, then pour hot oil over them.

Combine the vegetables, beef and onions, fresh herbs, and noodles. Toss thoroughly.
