Method

Beat the mascarpone with the sugar. Add the cottage cheese and blend well until smooth.

Peel the bananas and place 2 of them on a serving dish. Cover them with the cheese mixture, place the third banana on top, and coat again to form a snowy cheese mound.

Chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the mound.

Refrigerate to set for at least an hour.
