Method

Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into strips.

Hollow out the center of the bananas using a spoon, and fill the cavity with chocolate spread and berries.

Wrap each banana in the pastry strips and brush with egg yolk.

Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes at 185°C.
