Method

1

Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds

2

Peel and slice the mushrooms

3

Finely chop the onion

4

Lightly oil the multicooker pot. Layer the potatoes in it. Season with a little salt and your choice of spices

5

Add finely chopped fresh herbs if you like (I use a frozen herb mix)

6

Next, layer the onion on top

7

Add the mushrooms on top. Mix sour cream with water and coat the mushrooms with this mixture. Close the lid and SET TO BAKING MODE FOR 1 HOUR. You'll need to adjust based on your multicooker model—mine's a Redmond and 1 hour works perfectly for me

8

While the dish is baking, grate the cheese on a box grater

9

Once the dish is done, open the lid and sprinkle the cheese over it. Close the lid and let it sit for 5 minutes. The keep-warm function will kick in automatically
