Baked Potatoes with Mushrooms in a Multicooker
A hearty and aromatic dish of potatoes and button mushrooms topped with a cheesy crust, cooked in a multicooker.

Method
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds
Peel and slice the mushrooms
Finely chop the onion
Lightly oil the multicooker pot. Layer the potatoes in it. Season with a little salt and your choice of spices
Add finely chopped fresh herbs if you like (I use a frozen herb mix)
Next, layer the onion on top
Add the mushrooms on top. Mix sour cream with water and coat the mushrooms with this mixture. Close the lid and SET TO BAKING MODE FOR 1 HOUR. You'll need to adjust based on your multicooker model—mine's a Redmond and 1 hour works perfectly for me
While the dish is baking, grate the cheese on a box grater
Once the dish is done, open the lid and sprinkle the cheese over it. Close the lid and let it sit for 5 minutes. The keep-warm function will kick in automatically
