Thoroughly wash the potatoes.

Dice the ham, mushrooms, and herbs. Sauté the mushrooms, add the ham, combine with the cream cheese and herbs, and mash well with a fork.

Finely chop the garlic at the bottom of a baking dish and add a pat of butter. Place the potatoes in the dish and gently press down on them with a spoon.

Drizzle with vegetable oil, season with salt, sprinkle with aromatic herbs, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
