Baked Chicken "Bombs" with Potato Filling

Method

Start by pounding the chicken fillets on both sides, then season with salt and pepper.

Boil the potatoes and mash them, add butter and onions sautéed in a small amount of water, and mix well.

Place a fillet inside a small mug so the edges hang over the sides, as shown in the video.

Put the potato filling inside and pinch the edges closed.

Arrange the bombs in a baking dish, brush the tops with sour cream, cover with foil, and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 50 minutes.

10-15 minutes before they are done, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
