Baked Chicken and Potatoes with a Cheesy Crust
Oven-baked chicken and potatoes tossed in a sour cream marinade and topped with a crispy cheese crust. A hearty and flavorful dish for the whole family.

Method
Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds or bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
Mince the garlic using a press or chop it finely.
Combine the chicken and potatoes in a large bowl.
Add 150 g of sour cream, chicken seasoning, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix thoroughly so the sour cream and spices are evenly distributed.
Let it marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
Transfer the chicken and potato mixture to a baking sheet or baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Slice the tomatoes into rounds and arrange them in a layer on top.
Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Grate the cheese.
Mix the cheese with the remaining 50 g of sour cream.
After 35 minutes, remove the dish from the oven and spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top.
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
