Cut the meat into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes, slice them very thinly (3-4 mm), and toss with sour cream and salt.

Slice the onion into thin half-rings and the mushrooms into slices.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.

Layer the meat at the bottom, top with onions, then mushrooms, and season with salt. Arrange the potatoes on top.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 60 minutes.
