Prepare the infusion: pour 95°C water over the taiga tea and steep for 30 minutes at room temperature. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.

Mix the base: combine the blueberry puree, pine cone syrup, and taiga infusion in a pitcher. Stir thoroughly.

Build the lemonade: fill a glass with ice, pour in the base mixture, and top with tonic water. Stir gently.

Garnish with pine needles.
