Method

Remove the stems from the mushrooms.

Grate the cheese on a box grater and mix it with the nuts. Divide the filling among the mushroom caps.

Wrap each mushroom with a slice of bacon and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
