Method

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Mix together the sour cream, chopped parsley, garlic, and cheese. Season with salt if needed.

Slice off the top and bottom of each potato, and scoop out the center to create a cavity. Stuff with the filling, wrap each potato with a slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 °C for 8 minutes.
