Method

Mix the ground meat with minced onion, chopped herbs, salt, and spices. Combine well.

Divide the mixture into equal portions (I make 6).

Cut the cheese into sticks (one per patty).

Thread a cheese stick onto a skewer, cover it with meat mixture all around, and wrap with bacon (you can also shape them without the skewer).

Bake in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
