Method
Whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, semolina, salt, sugar, yeast).
Pour in the warm water with the vegetable oil and knead the dough.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough thinly, about 0.5 cm or even thinner.
Spread ketchup over the base and add the toppings: onions, mushrooms, cervelat sausage, tomatoes, and cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200–220°C (400–425°F) for 15–20 minutes.
For a truly crispy crust, use a preheated pizza stone or a cast-iron skillet.
