Method

Whisk the eggs with milk using an electric mixer until smooth. Add the softened butter and continue mixing.

Keep the mixer running and gradually add the wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and sugar. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits.

Pour the batter into a baking pan (lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled). Smooth the top. Arrange the apricot halves cut-side up on top, pressing them gently into the batter.

Bake in a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven for 40–50 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

Let it cool in the pan, then turn it out. Enjoy!
