Method

Rinse the apples, peel them, core them, and cut into small chunks.

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and transfer the mixture to your multicooker pot.

Set to stew mode for 20 minutes, stir, and stew for another 20 minutes.

For a silkier texture, blend the puree again, then stew until it comes to a boil and immediately ladle the hot puree into sterilized jars, seal with lids, and let cool completely.
