Method

Break the cookies into small pieces.

Beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until fluffy.

Gradually add the condensed milk to the butter in 3 to 4 additions while continuing to whip.

Combine the cream with the cookies. Finely chopped nuts can also be added to the mixture.

Mound the mixture into a mountain shape on a flat serving plate.

Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave, then drizzle it over the cake in a thin stream. Optionally, garnish the dessert with sliced almonds.
