Method

Combine all the dry ingredients.

Add the cold diced butter and rub into a crumbly texture.

Add the sour cream and egg, then knead into a dough.

Chill the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Pass the chilled dough through a meat grinder (or grate it), spread it out on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-18 minutes at 200 °C (390 °F).

Let it cool, then break into small pieces.

For the cream, warm the condensed milk, butter, and honey, stirring until smooth.

Mix the cream with the shortbread pieces.

Shape into anthills and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
