Method

Make the dough by combining eggs, sugar, butter, baking soda, milk, vegetable oil, and flour.

Chill the dough in the freezer for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Grate the frozen dough using the finest grater, dust lightly with flour, and shake off excess flour through a sieve.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the cream by whisking together the boiled condensed milk, butter, and honey.

Mix the baked crumbs with the cream and assemble the cake—using silicone or plastic molds makes this much easier.

Refrigerate the assembled cake for 5 to 7 hours.
