Method

Remove the casing from the sausages and make diagonal cuts.

Place the sausages on the lower rack of the air fryer and cook using the Multicook mode at 200°C for 5 minutes.

Slice the buns lengthwise along the top, without cutting all the way through.

Spread a mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise, and finely diced pickles into the cut.

Next, add a piece of cheese followed by the sausage.

Place the assembled buns into the air fryer and cook on Multicook mode at 200°C for 4 minutes.

If desired, garnish the finished hot dog with fresh herbs.
