Method
Trim off the thick, coarse stems from the dill, soak the greens in cold water for 10-15 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
Spread the dill out on a paper towel and let it dry completely to prevent excess steam in the air fryer.
Finely chop the greens, line the air fryer bowl or basket with parchment paper, and distribute the dill in a thin layer.
Turn on the manual Air Fry mode: dry at 80°C for 15-20 minutes, tossing every 5-6 minutes (if you can set 60-65°C, choose this mode instead).
Transfer the completely cooled, dry dill into a clean, dry jar and seal tightly with a lid.
