Method

Combine sugar, juice, and agar-agar in a saucepan and place over heat.

Bring to a boil for a minute and immediately pour into molds.

Do not grease the mold.

Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Remove the jelly from the molds.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
