Method

First, pour water over the gelatin and let it bloom.

Mix the sour cream with the sugar.

Warm the gelatin over the heat, making sure not to let it boil.

Pour it into the sour cream in a thin stream. Stir well.

Fold in the berries.

Pour into a springform pan (wrap it in plastic wrap beforehand). You can also just use a regular dish or individual dessert glasses. Garnish with berries.

Chill in the refrigerator for three hours.
