Melt the chocolate with the milk together until smooth, using a double boiler or short bursts in the microwave.

Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks (the consistency of slightly melted ice cream), gently fold in the cooled chocolate mixture at room temperature with a spatula, and pour into molds.

Freeze for a couple of hours, or preferably overnight.
