Method

1

Cut the chicken breast into strips or bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm.

2

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, then add the garlic powder and paprika.

3

Place the potato chips in a bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin (or a blender).

4

Set up a standard breading station with three bowls: flour, the egg mixture, and the crushed potato chips.

5

Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip it in the egg, and coat it thoroughly with the chip crumbs, pressing firmly so they adhere.

6

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat (use enough oil to shallow-fry the pieces until golden and crisp).

7

Fry the nuggets in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Cover with a lid for the last minute if needed to ensure they are hot all the way through.

8

Transfer the finished nuggets to paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
