Method

Soak leaf gelatin in any amount of water for 5 minutes. If using powdered gelatin, use 36 g of water.

Squeeze out the gelatin and melt it in the microwave.

Add food coloring to the condensed milk if desired, then stir in the melted gelatin.

Mix very quickly, transfer to a piping bag, and pour into molds.

Freeze for 15-25 minutes (or refrigerate), then pop out of the molds.
