Shopping list and cooking mode

On the recipe page, the "Shopping list" button shows the ingredients already rescaled to the current serving size; checked-off items are saved in your browser and survive a page reload. "Cooking mode" opens a large, full-screen step-by-step view — handy in the kitchen, and the screen stays on while cooking (where the browser supports it).
